Our experience with USA Cabinet was outstanding. We were able to pick out the marble slab piece that we wanted to use in the warehouse and the fabrication was perfect. Joseph was great to work with and he made it easy to complete the project on our schedule. We would most definitely recommend to our friends.

The process started May 12, 2014 like a normal project with the tear down of existing shower and tub.  From there the problems began, with a plumber showing up and stating 'he didnt know why he was called because the wall and flooring needed removing'; that set the tone for the next 4 months.  Different people began to show up and without clear instructions and the cancellations and no shows began.  Every subcontractor had negative comments about the contractor Mike and the subcontractors were not able to come to our home until the weekend or evening-time in most cases because of their other projects.  I finally make an Auto-cad and measurement graphics of the bathroom repair project to help with coordination and complained about the lack of supervision.  The contractor stopped by 3 times in the 4 month process to smooth over, down-play and apologize for errors and miscommunications.  The plumbers was the worst of the subcontractors, stripping and scratching the Tub fixtures, so WE had to contact the company and have them replaced. The rain shower system was place incorrectly in wall, diverter had to be relocated and installed by owner and new contractor. We had to remove drywall in the closet behind the shower and the tile around shower to relocate diverter. Plumber lost pieces to both showers and tub drain; the drain was never complete as of Sept 2014 and was left to owner to repurchase 1200.00 worth of high-end fixtures or research companies and try to obtain the individual broken or misplaced parts from various manufactures.  Multiple leaks from joints resulting from improper assembly, had to be fixed by new contractor and myself.  Another troubling aspect of  this misadventure was the use of unaccompanied minors left there to work on grout and cleanup. I favor teaching kids to work during the summer but the work they did accompanied needed to be redone weeks later, when the father was done with his regular work.  Cabinet Hardware never provided, per the contract.  We have logged and saved all text messages, emails and written letters expressing our complaints and deadlines for completion; They are available upon request.  
The companies owner Rick Kalmick has fired the Vice president and has demanded all money for the project + plus 4000.00 extra for " alterations and/or deviation" that we did not request or OK.
 P.S.   The cabinet makers and paint subcontractor were excellent, with professionalism and great craftsmanship.
Take away message: Make sure you have a licensed contractor, without it you have no recourse. Please read real reviews and not the auto one-liners. 50% down is a warning sign is a red flag for bad contractors. see article below.
