Installation was great, the professional who did the job did an excellent job, however they shorted me the backsplashes and the width of the countertop was not as was agreed upon -- shorter than it should have been. My installation was for 50 square feet and the final installation was about 47 square feet. The installer was told not to deliver the backsplashes and was given the different measurement for the width of the counter. US Flooring Factory is unresponsive to my calls and letters to correct the issue. From the beginning when I was to put half down they tried to make half $300 more than it was and when I said no, they still charged $35 more. I would not recommend them to anyone. Whenever I speak to Don, the salesman, he promises to get back to me the next day and I never hear from him again until the next call. No attempt has been made by them to correct the issue. No one should be subjected to such antics. And US Flooring Factory definitely should not be on Angie's list.
