Phil with University Professional was great. He was very responsive, right on time and worked extremely hard. Our carpets looked like new at the end. His price was also good (I had gotten a wide range of prices from others). I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again to stretch or replace some carpet.

Very bad experience. He quoted us to clean the floors in our bathroom. After he was done, the floors still looked dirty, so I took a simple cleaner to them. Dirt and grime was on the washcloth. I asked him to fix this, and he told me that it would cost additional money. He represented that grout was not included in the quote. But the quote was for floor cleaning.
