We had agreed on a price over the phone of $125.00 for a 2 pc sectional with 6 loose pillows for the backrest, and a small ottoman. The first thing the cleaner did was to try to talk me into a deep scrubbing with conditioning, a treatment for the vinyl base and frame and a scotchguard treatment. All of this more than doubled the price quoted me, it was like $275.00. He was very insistent and got quite frustrated when I refused. He mixed up the solution in my kitchen and proceeded to "steam" clean the sofa. There was no steam. He sprayed it with the cleaning solution which SOAKED the material and then he quickly extracted it with the suction nozzle of the machine. It looked like a shop-vac. The sofa and pillows were very wet when he was finished and took three days to dry thoroughly, I had 2 fans blowing on them. When I questioned him about the wetness he said it would take 2 to 3 hours to dry. There were large puddles left on my garage floor. The vinyl base and armrest of the sofa was not even wiped off it too was very wet. I was thankful the sofa was in the garage and not inside my house, I could not imagine having that mess inside my house. The actual cleaning was a quick once-over and several water stains on the base seating area did not come out. Overall I was disappointed to say the least. I don't like to give someone a bad review but this guy just was awful.

I needed someone to fix a fireplace. The fellow came and said that they ordinarily only cleaned chimneys. We don't have a chimney. He worked on he fireplace got the fire started. We have a gas fireplace. He also cleaned the lint from my dryer tube. The fireplace worked a couple of days and the quit completely. They refused to come back. I paid 313.00. That is an expensive way to get the lint out of your dryer.

United cleaning was the company contacted however I was billed by GreenClean USA. The guy charged me $295.00 to cover 5 cracks in the cement block on top of the chimney and cover about 100 square inches of block. It to all of 15 minutes and when he was done his excuse was that was the going rate. When he first showed me the issue he said he would need to use two tubes of sealant and it would be $600.00 then he remembered he had about half a tube that someone else had already paid for and so would only charge me for one new tube and use the other half tube for free. I feel like I have been ripped off, I looked at the sealant that he charged me $295.00 dollars per tube and you can purchase at the big hardware store for $5.98 per tube. Very bad experience with this company would never use again.

When I made the appointment I was told they would do a complete inspection of the chimmney and clean everything out with a special type of machine. I understood that they would go on the roof and check the top and the stack as well as clean the unit. What they did was run a vacumm of a sort with a brush that rotated to knock of the suet down and vacumm it up. He did put plastic on the front so nothing got in my home. He used a trash bag that I gave him to put it all in. Then he inspected the inside of the bottom of the fireplace and showed my husband some loose areas around brick. He told my husband that it would be $95.00 to repair it. We reluctantly agreed because I had only $99 in budget which is what I was told it would cost. When completed he said the bill would be over $400. I ask why when it was only $99 + $95. He replied no that was $295. He said he wish he could do it for $95.00. I told him there was no way I had that much money to give him. He said since we misunderstood him, he would knock a $100 off and he would work it out with his boss. The bill was still $327.00. A long way from the $99 quoted. The worst part of it was I went on line to find the high temp caulking he used, yes I said caulking, put on with a caulk gun like you use around a sink or tub, and it only cost $13.99 - $20.00 a tube, and he only used a part of a tub, not even a whole tube. To top it all off, he put the bag with the suet in it on a chair in my front yard and it was not tied. It rained before I realized it was there and the stuff got all wet in the bag and was a mess. We have not used the unit yet as the weather turned warmer, but we are hoping ther will be no issues as we are in a 1982 double wide mfg. home. We have used this unit every year for 20 years with the exception of the last 3 and had never been cleaned. That is why we wanted it inspected and cleaned. Just pray that everything is ok with the top of the unit. If there was a birds nest or something in it I don't know how he would have known without taking the top off and looking down the unit. Just an opion and a womens at that. So not an expert by any means. Not sure they were either.

I paid for the chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning with my credit card and was told I would receive my receipt in a couple of days. I still haven't received it eight days later.

Did not show up on time and didn't seem qualified to do the inspection I needed on the chimneys. I'm not comfortable with the information he provided.
