They did a great job. They explained what they were going to do and then did it. It took 1/2 day to install and very little prep work on my side.

Installation was completed promptly. Although exactly how the wiring would be installed up in the eaves and gutters was not clearly explained during the estimate, I was comfortable with the process once done. Two weeks later one light did not come on and I called to report the issue. The next business day a technician was back out to fix the problem. They seem to stand behind their work which gives me confidence to hire them again for any future outdoor lighting work.

It went great. Overall I'll give them a B because it took forever. The price was good because I got several bids. It was competitive. It's just that they didn't do it in a timely manner, and they did something wrong and had to come back and do it again. It should have taken a couple of days, but it took two or three weeks.

Their lighting is good. They are a little pricey, but the service is good. This was the install date they put the whole system. They did a good job. They installed more than what was required. The price was very competitive.

Installers came out and did the work when scheduled.  They returned several times to make adjustments to insure the work was properly installed.  Mark, the owner, was reached easily, returned calls promptly, and the servicemen arrived around the time they was expected.   Overall, excellent experience

I have inherited this company with house purchase. Oh, boy!  I am so happy I did. We have no mosquitoes in our backyard!!! Owner (Mark) is very honest and responsive. Just ask for help and you will get it. Price is fair. Chemical is pretty safe ( I checked!). Technician are very professional and fast

Mike (sales) came out to give a quote (he was the 4th of 4 quotes received). He was very professional, understood the system and was able to put a package together for us. We ended up with 47 nozzles, which covered our entire property. We wanted the front covered because we live in a cul-du-sac and spend time out there as much as the backyard. It took about 2 weeks to get on the schedule for install. Installers were awesome. They arrived early and finished ahead of their own timeline. They took the time to explain the system and show us how to use it. We will actually have the company come back out to finish install because of a flower bed being reconstructed and not wanting to risk damage to the misting system we held off on a couple of nozzles. After about 2 weeks of use the wife and kids went out at dusk and for about 30 minutes and did not get one mosquito bite. We are very happy with this product and company.

The entire process was very easy.  The owner, Mark, came out promptly to provide an estimate.  The installation date was within one week of the estimate.  The installation process was very smooth.  The employees were very professional.  Based on the performance so far, we have seen very few mosquitoes in the yard, but we are not in the peak season.  I would recommend this company.

From the salesman they sent out to evaluate the job, Mike, to the installers, everyone was wonderful to work with!  Mike was very friendly and took his time with assessing what we needed and looking at the property to find the best layout.  When the guys showed up to do the work, they were equally friendly.  They worked quickly and efficiently and took the time to explain how the system worked and how for me to use the remote.  And the best part, is they come and maintain the system, so I don't have to do a thing!  It's already taking out the mosquitos so we can enjoy the backyard!!  Would highly recommend this company.

When I called to inquire about installing a mosquito system, they were very timely on sending out a salesman/engineer to check out the yard to determine the best options and pricing.  Mike was very professional and took time to discuss the various options and expected layout for the equipment.  While there was an issue with getting the install scheduled (incorrect phone number on the paperwork), but once I called to check on it, the owner (Mark) immediately got us on the schedule and had a team out to the house for installation that week.  
The installers showed up on-time (always a plus) and were very professional.  We discussed and agreed the ideal locations (options) on where to install the reservoir tank; they quickly set up the equipment and cleaned up afterwards.  
It takes a few weeks for the system to take full effect on managing the mosquitoes, so I will try to update later.  So far we have seem a reduction in the number of mosquitoes.

I waited a while to review this company because we had such a huge quantity of mosquitoes in our yard, I wasn't really convinced anything would solve the problem.  We have lots of foliage in our backyard, with a pool and walkways that go in and out of the foliage.  I like to spend mornings in the yard, either planting new plants, watering the ones I have, or just generally enjoying the yard.  We also have an outdoor kitchen area and enjoy just sitting out in the yard in the evenings.  I bought bug spray in three-packs so that I would always have plenty handy just to keep from being miserable from so many mosquito bites.  I'm not a huge fan of having to hand a can or spray bottle of bug spray to my friends and family as they enter the yard, but that's what I was having to do.  Welcome to the wonderful world of Houston humidity and mosquitoes.  Bottom line is that this system was not an instant fix.  It takes a few weeks (at least that's what I think) for this system to complete weeding out the mosquitoes.  We have had the system now for about 4 weeks.  I can tell you that I absolutely love it.  I won't say that there is never a mosquito, but we can now sit out in the yard and really enjoy it.  I haven't used bug spray at all, as I can handle a rogue mosquito occasionally.  The crew who came out was professional, and showed us the simple remote control before they left and made sure we were pleased.  I love the fact that we can skip a misting time, if we have company in the backyard, or we can just change the time of the spray easily with the remote.  We have the contract for them to come out and replace the chemicals and watch for any problem with the nozzles.  One thing that could cause my occasional rogue mosquito is that we only had the backyard treated.  We don't entertain in the front, so decided to just do the back.  We've been incredibly pleased.

I called this vendor after seeing one of their cars in the area, and then checked out the reviews online. Once I called, a service/sales person made an appointment and arrived on time. They explained the system, had an informative brochure to leave with me, and were responsive to my concerns about hiding the system as much as possible. I received a proposal promptly -- (for between $2200 and $2600 depending on some options.) upon my approval they then scheduled installation within two weeks -- the installers showed up on schedule, were pleasant to work with, asked me to approve the work before they left (and politely made some tweaks to the location of some nozzles for me), and left the landscaping and site all tidy.  (the whole installation only took a morning.)
The whole process was so easy, everyone I came into contact with was polite and patient, and although I didn't get competitive bids, the price was about half of what I was quoted by a landscaping firm earlier in the year.
I didn't ask beforehand what the maintenance contract was, when I received it, it seemed reasonable, so we contracted with them to maintain the system. (it's not mandatory to have a maintenance contract, of course.)
Three or four weeks later -- in spite of getting a lot of rain every week, the mosquitoes are 98% gone! We're very pleased!

Mike promptly came to our home to provide an assessment of our property and an estimate. Two weeks later the mosquito mister was installed. It took 4-5 hours to complete. The service contract includes refill of the tank, maintenance of system, and winterizing. We have already enjoyed spending mornings and evenings by the pool and breezeway without mosquitoes and knats! We are happy with the entire process.

Everything was completed on time and in a quality fashion exactly as discussed.

Too expensive for Svc contract
