The actual work turned out good, but they cut the line to my water sprinkler system.  They came to try to fix it in January after several calls.  They couldn't fix it themselves so they had to hire a sprinkler professional to fix it.

At less than $300 per pier, the price was very reasonable. Bill provided the estimate and was present during both days of leveling. He and the crew were busy the whole time. I've never seen holes dug so quickly. LOL. The crew piled the dirt from the holes on press board instead of piling it directly on the lawn. This kept the project much cleaner than it would have been otherwise. I'm very surprised they've not been well reviewed here before.

The company may list itself as being in business since 1989, and indeed it has the same address, telephone number and BBB listing. But Mr. Boehlert says he bought the company several years ago and feels no obligation to honor the warranty on a job from which he "received no remuneration".

Called for an estimate, Bill was on time and responsive. He took the time to explain what was happening and the purpose for the extent of the needed repairs. The day the work was scheduled Connie and the crew arrived a few minutes early and all were very courteous and professional. The work was done in the time frame communicated. They took their time leveling the house to ensure it was correct and no further damage was done. Connie even took the time to point out other things that needed to be done and explain what I should expect when I engage contractors to do the work.
