Our car was hit while parked on a side street while we were shopping. U. S. Auto Connection was one of the collision repair facilities that was recommended by our insurance company. They were very curtieous and sounded professional on the phone so we took our car to them. The shop was clean and everyone we talked to was polite and accommodating. They took care of all of the insurance paperwork. They explained what they were going yo do and how long it would take. We were very pleased with the work that they did. Note 1: The $250 cost was our insurance deductible. Note 2: Unfortunately our other vehicle was hit while we were out of town a couple of years after the first incident. We took it to them and received the same excellent service.

The quality of the work they did was really good and I was pleased with the repairs. The area they could improve upon is that I had to stay in touch with them and they were not very good at communicating with me. They got the repairs done in about 2 weeks.

My car was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. The driver who caused the accident was uncooperative as was his insurance company. I found U.S. Auto Connection on Angie's List and went to them for an estimate. They were very friendly and helpful so I decided to use them. They repaired my car completely and in a timely manner. They also dealt with the uncooperative insurance company. I was very pleased with their work and their staff. I greatly appreciated being treated with kindness, honesty, and professionalism. I will definitely recommend them highly to anyone who needs car repairs.

US Auto Connection was easy to work with, fast and minimized the time we were without our car. We just purchased a new 2013 Toyota Avalon. My wife was sitting at an intersection when a tire and wheel came off of another vehicle, bounced in the air and landed on the hood at the 5000 mile mark. I looked at a few options on Angie's list and decided on US auto connection based on a fairly high number of recommendations and proximity to our home. Even though I collected a check directly from the insurance company they do work directly with insurance companies which I would actually recommend. In the event that collateral damage is discovered during repair they can work to automatically have the insurance payment adjusted. I brought the car by and they ordered the hood that afternoon and it was delivered the next morning. I dropped the car off in the morning for a 2 day repair but it ended up being 3 days. I cannot fault US auto connection for that delay as we had heavy rains and they opted not to paint the hood in the humidity. I'm sure there are others out there who would have painted it anyway. It would have looked fine for 4-5 years but then I would have been stuck with a 5 year old car and a hood that doesn't match. It was the right decision. Overall the quality of the work was good and I could not find any issues. The only exception was that the windshield wiper fluid was not spraying out due to a 3 way valve which had been installed in the wrong direction. I brought the car back later that afternoon and it was correct in 5 minutes. I did not rate them an excellent because the customer service was good but not great and I had to return the car to get the wiper fluid valve corrected. However, I was happy with the service, quality and timing. I would go back and use them but I'm hoping to avoid any runaway tires in the future.

The front bumper was covered by my insurance and I paid for the painting out of pocket. I felt that the price was very reasonable for the work they were doing. They did a really good job. It took them about 4 days to do all the work. They kept me apprised of where the work was and when I would be able to get my car. The work looks great.

My daughter didn't judge her parking space correctly and nipped a pickup truck with her right front fender (no damage to the pickup). I was given a professional estimate. We dropped her car and picked it up 3 days later. The damage was repaired very professionally. I would definitely use US Auto Connection again.

Quick, honest estimate. Didn't try to sell me a Cadillac job. Friendly service. Told them I was walking home a mile after drop-off, and they got a friendly employee drive me home. Good work. Would go back, but hope I don't have to.

The vehicle looks like new, and you can't tell that it ever had hail damage. The windshield also had to be replaced. We had to return it as there was excessive noise coming from a plastic frame on the bottom of the windshield, noticeable only when driving on the highway, but they repaired this. It seemed like it took a very long time to complete the job, but I'm note sure what is normal, given the extent of the damage from the hail. They worked with our insurance company when they found additional damage on the roof, which the claims adjuster had not seen.
