TWIN OAKS TREE SERVICE

We are on a heavily wooded lot and Twin Oaks have trimmed our trees a number of times. Also done some removal too. Courtesy, professional and the cost is in line with other bids for the area. Easy communication.

Humberto and his crew were awesome. Professional, neat and knowledgeable about their work. Raves all the way around.

Humberto and his crew exceeded our expectations.  We were in a hurry to get two medium-sized trees cut and grinded.  I called 10 vendors wanting immediate service, and Humberto responded quickly, arriving at our home within 15 minutes to provide an estimate.  The estimate was very fair considering the rush.  On top of that, Humberto said he could complete my dream request of having both trees cut and grinded by sunset.  Arriving at 3pm, Humberto and crew expedited the job, being very prompt, neat, tidy and professional.  Humberto and crew deserve recognition for their superior service, and yes, we will use their services again.

One good thing about them is they tell me what services I don't need. I love them. I'll ask them if I need to do certain things and they will tell me that the last time it was done would last a while, etc. Not only do they tell you what you do need, but they also tell you what you don't need. I like that Humberto, who owns the company, comes out and talks to you. If he's not there the whole time he is there at some point making sure the crew is doing it right. He is super professional and knows what he's doing.

Humberto runs the company and he is really good in addition to being affordable. He came out after Hurricane Ike and is coming back next week to do some work.

This is the second time I have used them. They offer suggestions and listen to what I have to say. They're great. My trees have never been happier. The owner comes with the crew, he is on site which makes me feel comfortable. Excellent service.

I was devastated when the power co came through my neighborhood at 7 a.m and decimated all of the beautiful 40 years + trees under their lines. I went to Angie's List for help. The first company I called, anther tree co, made me leave a message and did not return my call. When I called back the following day, they told me I should not expect a call back in less than 48 hours. They never called. Humberto at Twin Oaks answered my phone call (no voice mail) came out when he said he would and took the time to understand my needs and also clearly explained what could be done now and what would have to be done later and why. His team came out to do the work when they said they would, for less than I expected and they did a great job. This is the first time this has happened with any of the contractors I have spoken with and/or employed in Houston. I am definitely hiring Humberto and Twin Oaks to come back and keep my trees beautiful.

I was pleased. I will hire them again. They did deep root feeding and insect control.

Owner (estimator) showed-up same day as my call; provided a written description of work with cost. Crew showed-up on time (actually ahead of schedule). Crew did a great job in trimming the trees and cleaning-up afterwards.

HUMBERTO WAS GREAT. GAVE ME A REASONABLE ESTIMATE AND THEN DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS PROMISED. THE CREW ARRIVED AT THE PROMISED TIME. SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HUMBERTO AND THE CREW WERE QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND HAULED IT AWAY. WILL BE HIRING HIM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
