Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Manager came to look at the job and told me that he could run the speaker wires under the sub-floor. I got a very expensive quote to do this, but considered to be OK because of all the work to remove decking and run wire. Installer ran wire above the sub floor and tried to hide under the carpet pad. Installer said that he could not run wire under the sub-floor. I was given no refund. Installer also fell through ceiling and said Tweeter would pay to have repaired. Tweeter will not return my calls. The installations was not neat and did not clean up messes. They did not label any wires. They also suggested a piece of equipment to control the speakers without having to install in wall volume controls that would not work.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE AND INFORMATION ON HOW TO REPLACE THE REMOTE.
