They took care of what needed to be done.

The Tropics was good but what happened was it was a leak coming from my a/c unit to my neighbors property and the person that, the one that was working on my a/c, he took some money from my neighbor and he didn't report it to his company so he was terminated from that and he didn't repair the actual leak that was coming on my neighbor property that's the reason why I said I wouldn't use them again.

All went very well.  Although the original plan was to replace one unit per day, Owner Corey Gamble and his team worked diligently and successfully removed both old HVAC equipment and installed, charged and tested both  new systems in one day.  They went the extra mile!
We had cold air to sleep that nigh. Hooray! 

Corey is well versed in his trade.  He even takes the time to teach HVAC in the evenings, at a local trade school.  
I am very impressed with this man, and have recommended him for service on my extended family's home systems in the north and northwest regions of Houston.

Mid September in Houston is still hot and with a 2 week old baby at home we had to get something done quickly.  We just moved into our house and had home warranty.  Corey was able to make it out on short notice when no one else could.  He quickly identified the problem and replaced the needed part.  Customer service was top notch and I would recommend him to anyone.  Hope I don't have to call anyone again for my AC, but if I do I'm calling Corey at Tropics AC & Heating.

Happy with all services. Tech was thorough and explained all issues. This was warranty work. Tropics came right away when another service scheduled me 48 hrs after the initial call.

Corey came out for a standard home warranty service call and I was extremely impressed by his punctuality, friendliness, and professionalism.
