Homebuilder was called for warranty service. Trendmaker denied service when service was warranted. Overall this was a horrible experience.

We started interacting with them in the middle of April 2011 and then we started shopping for the house. We are on the after sales service period now. They were the builders and so, they charged the market value of the house. They were very professional and very prompt to respond to questions or clarifications. They were very good in telling us about what they were or were not responsible during the process. So, there was no ambiguity about where their area of responsibility ended.

There was some initial confusion on price, however, the sales rep. handled the situation with professionalism, and even though price was higher than initially presented, we think they did a great job.

They are absolutely superb. They come out a year after you purchase the home to check dozens of things to make sure everything is in great order. They also use the best sub-contractors. We went off of their good reputation when deciding on a home builder. We have been completely satisfied.
