 + -1 moreWe were very satisfied with the work done, but didn't realize that someone on their team had accidentally damaged our cedar tree swing until after they had left. There was a huge hole in it where clearly a tree piece had fallen through... they had to have been aware of it because there was no piece beneath the swing. We immediately called the cell number 832-865-0908 to speak to the owner, James Kelley. The father responded to the message... we've never been able to reach the son who came to our house to perform the work. Eventually, we were told he wanted to try to repair the swing, and the swing was gone. It's been months...6-7 months since they were here, and we still don't have a swing. I wish we could give them a higher rating, but we can't. The business card says "30 years in Business" and that they are insured. Arborist: Jonah
Description of Work: We contacted Tree Doctor based on a recommendation from a neighbor to trim our 2 live oaks in the front yard. We also agreed to have them do a deep watering.
