Do not use this service!!! We hired them to remove a desk and two bookshelves when we were moving out of our apartment. When we went into the backyard for a moment to grab something, we returned in the house to find they had thrown out four antique chairs belonging to our landlord which they were explicitly told not to take. On top of that, they broke the chairs immediately to throw in the truck so they were completely unsalvageable. When we talked to the managers about it, their stated policy is that they will only reimburse items they destroy by mistake if you are standing there watching them do it, you tell them not to destroy the item, and they refuse to stop. They also insisted we were lying about telling them to not take the chairs, and because Trash N Dash does not give you any paperwork or contract we apparently have no recourse. Not only are we now being charged hundreds of dollars for these antique chairs by our landlord but Trash N Dash left broken glass and sharp screws in our driveway when they left that we had to clean up. Ultimately, Trash N Dash is extremely unprofessional and has cost us a lot of money.

These guys were great, my wife and I already had a lot of stuff pulled out and separated, they pitched in with some muscle for the larger heavy stuff. They were adamant about sweeping up when we were done, I would recommend these guys to any and everyone!

They were great. Set up tentative appt. Put on call list for earlier time slot. Had too much stuff. Prompt in responding to hiring with Angie's list. Scheduled time. Workers arrive 15 min early. Reviewed task. Performed task quickly. Asked if there was anything else. Cleaned up nicely. Very courteous.

The team came out on time and removed all the trash and junk from my garage I needed. They were clear in their pricing and worked quickly. I would definitely hire them again. There were several large appliances (2 Refridgerators) and multiple smaller ones.

I scheduled online and was able to pick my day and a 2 hour window. I received a confirmation email, and reminder emails. The crew called when they were 10 minutes out, quoted a price when they arrived, and were done in 30 minutes. Great service, fair price, friendly guys. Could not have had a better experience.

They were fine, I had no problems with them. I don't remember the cost. I remember nothing negative about them. We rescheduled many, many times due to my schedule. they were good at working with me.My schedule was real strange, they worked with me and worked around it. If you need flexibility, I recommend them.

They took stuff out of my garage and did excellent job, I will use them again one day. I had a rental property and they came in and removed everything that was left behind. All I had to do was go in and shampoo the carpets.

I made the purchase of one of Trash 'N' Dash coupons for ## square foot to haul off for $??? (Sorry for not more detail). I waited two days with no response so then I called them directly. After a few days of phone tag I was able to talk to someone and schedule a pickup time. The two guys showed up with their truck and loaded it all up. They even moved some pieces of furniture from upstairs and hauled that away as well. At the time I scheduled the pickup I knew I had more than what I had purchased through the coupon. The Gentleman was very polite and Professional and measured my trash pile and gave me a quote for the excess spare feet. I was happy with the price and they hauled everything away! I would recommend this company to anyone, and will use them in the future for any trash/junk haul off.

It went great. They were able to schedule a next-day appointment at no additional charge. They provided a 2-hour window, but arrived right at the start of the window. They emailed the night before to verify information and they called when the guys were about 20 minutes out. They were very nice, fast, and professional. The whole process took about an hour. I would absolutely use again.
