They are an IKEA-certified cabinet installer. They are only fairly good. There are certain things that they promised to do that were not done, including getting somebody to install a faucet and dishwasher. They also promised to hook up utilities, but they didn't. They stayed with the estimate.
Description of Work: They installed a kitchen purchased from IKEA, including cabinets and counters.

I was having this company put in some cabinets that I bought from IKEA. The quote started out at $509, with us having to put $250 down, within 20 mins of the workers being in the house the bill went up to $600. I had done all the work putting the cabinets together all they had to do was place them on the wall. After 20 min of this is going to cost more and to do this it will coat more I asked them to leave. Funny when I asked them to leave they couldn't understand my English but had no problem telling me what cost more. OH one last thing when I had called the day before to ask them what I need to do they told me to put everything together...BUT when they arrived they started taking my work apart.I called and they refunded my $250.
Description of Work: They were hired to install my IKEA cabinets.

These are the guys that IKEA suggests that you use if you are not installing their kitchen yourself. It is a very good service that actually includes a design person coming to your home to work out the layout and ordering of parts from IKEA. They did a great job and actually reordered and paid for a part that they drilled improperly. You may say, "well sure they did". But if you have ever had anything remodeled by shifty contractors you appreciate the honesty. Also, it probably took a tenth of the time that I could have done it in, and I consider myself handy.
