Property Management
In summary Leonard Townley collected $ 10,222 in rents and I received only one check of $ 986.36. As noted above his billings did not clearly identify the work done and no invoices,receipts etc were included with statements. He failed to recognize a potentially dangerous leak from a gas line. He did not respond appropriately to long term tenants' concerns and failed to prepare units for leasing. Overall he did not provide the expected services but he personally profited handsomely.
