I submitted a request for a quote Sunday night. Chris called on Monday and said he'd be by on Tuesday to look at the stump I needed ground and give me a quote. He showed up promptly and took a few minutes to look around and gave me a quote and said he could have it done the next day! Now it's Wednesday and the crew came this morning, ground the stump in 20 minutes and cleaned up and were out. Super professional and super quick.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the great job that was done. I had done my research and had estimates from other companies. These guys know what they are doing and the result was perfect. Huge oaks are often not trimmed right, and if they aren’t, they are more likely to topple over in a hurricane. No “lion’s tail” tree with the very excellent pruning job done on my huge oak. All my pines have new life too, and look so great. The tree removal was impressive— you can’t even tell there was a tree there. Chris, who came out to do the estimate, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I was impressed that he came out with the crew and stayed the whole time. I have total confidence in this tree company and will use them in the future. The crew was also very nice and courteous. They also did an excellent job with the clean-up.

Needed someone with a chipper so I could use the chips. Tommy's crew did a wonderful job and Tommy worked with me every step of the way regarding what to remove. I've called on Tommy's Services twice and every time his group responds with professionalism. Tommy always provides for the right price, On-Time punctuality, courteous bi-lingual staff and On-Time final completion that meets our expectations. They always clean up debris and leaves from 5-10 feet of adjacent areas near the cutting zones and sweep clean the street and curb from chipper debris.

There were two things that were really important to me. I didn't want my or my neighbor's roof to be damaged in the process. I wanted the end result to be good and wanted to avoid any cheap negotiations during the work (e.g. the quote didn't include that one branch, so we'll have to charge you extra for that additional branch, etc.). Tommy assured me that I didn't have to worry on either account, so I decided to go ahead. Tommy and his crew definitely know what they're doing. There were many instances when I thought the cut branch was barely going to clear the roof, but their careful approach resulted in a very safe clearance on all those instances; there really was nothing to worry about. Throughout the entire time Tommy was directing his crew and making sure that he was happy with the result himself.
