My parents had this company for garbage pickup for a few years. They often skipped a few pickups in a row. Several months ago they stopped coming entirely. The place rarely answers the phone but my dad kept trying and finally got a person who said funds were tied up due to a death in family but they would straighten it out. He sent them another 3 months payment in advance. They never came or answered the phone again, nor did they send info out to their customers at any time about what was going on or return my dad's money. We finally found another company for my dad.

Description of Work: After a death in the owners family they stopped pick-up with one month left on paid service. Gave us vague information as to when service would resume. Then after several weeks would not answer phone or return calls. Never heard back from them or received refund for last month. |
