THREE W SERVICES

Three W Services did an excellent job overall.

• Bill Woods visited the house in advance to assess the job.  He asked good questions and got a thorough understanding of the work to be performed.
• Bill submitted a professional proposal/agreement with detailed pricing.
• Work was scheduled within a week of our receipt of the wallpaper we had ordered separately.
• Work began and was completed within the agreed time frame.
• Both painter and paperer worked in a professional and courteous manner.
• An excellent job was done on both painting and papering work.
• Additional repair and painting work, beyond what was included in the proposal, was performed at no additional charge.
• Work areas were cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed.  The garage, where work materials were staged, was left cleaner than it was before the job began.

The only areas that fell short of total perfection (none of these issues was significant enough to even mention to Bill Woods.  If I had, I am certain he would have have remedied all of them) were :

• Work began about 1.5 hrs later than scheduled on the first day.
• A very minor cosmetic repair to the ceiling in the master bedroom that had been requested was not completed.
• The ceiling in the master bath was not painted.  Though this was discussed during the initial visit, it was not included in the proposal, and therefore, the work was not performed.  This was my own oversight in not checking the proposal more closely.  I did not notice that this work had not been performed until a couple of days after the work was completed, and since the water stains in this room were so insignificant, I chose to not even bring this matter up with Three W Services.
• A small amount of paint rinse water was spilled on my brick driveway, causing a minor stain which will no doubt wash away rather quickly.

Overall Three W Services did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to call them again to do additional work.

Bill arrived promptly for the first appointment and recorded measurements to provide his estimate. The second appointment, Bill provided a detail scope of work. He also, gave us options on how to resolve our stucco problem which was water intrusion and recommended the solution of using elastomeric paint. Marcelo, the painter also arrived for all appointments and was very courteous to me. He also used a great deal of caution around my landscaping. Would use Three W Services for any exterior or interior work.
