Thompson Delivery Service

I had no delivery scheduled. 

So, I called the number he left, and got no answer.  I called the number again.

The driver answered and he said:  Stop calling me f..cker, I'm busy.

I called Thompson's Delivery and reported what the driver had done.

They are awesome. I've used them for everything when I was in Houston. They are great. They were always just really good.

Arrived on time, workers were careful with the furniture and house.
- cost came in under phone estimate. Would use again.

They are more expensive than many services, but I still gave them an "A" on price. That is because they are worth it. I don't have impressive stuff, but it is MY stuff, and they treated it as they would treat expensive furniture or antiques. Of all the services, tradesmen and/or professionals I had to deal with during the process of buying a house, having it remodeled and then going through a move, Thompson was the one group of people who far exceeded expectations. They came before the move to give a free estimate (which was accurate), they were polite, they took time with every single task and item, they waited for instruction on what do do with pieces when there were multiple conversations going on (something that no other mover I have ever had took the time to do), and when I gave them bad guidance on where to place a large number of heavy book boxes because I had forgotten that I wanted a piece of furniture there, they were extremely pleasant about moving all the boxes to another corner. They were excellent in every way.

They were very prompt, professional, courteous, and personable.
