From beginning to end working with The Works of Houston was fantastic. I highly recommend the company owned by brothers, Carlos and Alfredo Zapata. They did everything to ensure my driveway and sidewalk were done perfectly! Carlos came out to give a quote and was honest about the work, what it would take and the best options. Alfredo and their crew came out on the day planned and got to work. They had to deal with more mud than expected and had to break out by hand an entire section! The crew was hardworking and each day ensured things were cleaned up including the street. They even had to re-pour a section and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the finished product. I cannot say enough kind things about them!

We hired them to tear out a pebblestone sidewalk and patio and replace with smooth concrete. We doubled the size of our patio and they successfully incorporated an existing French drain. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and very professional. They finished the job quickly, but without cutting corners. They cleaned the job site as they worked rather then waiting until the end. We have worked with contractors/companies that we end up regretting, but not this time. We would absolutely recommend The Works of Houston to anyone needing concrete work. We are beyond satisfied. I had a very positive experience from start to finish with TWOH. Not only did my project come out better than I imagined, it was completed within a day! This company is very professional and understands what customer service is, as they made sure I was satisfied the final outcome of the project. They also left the jobsite cleaner then when they got there. I would highly recommend and will end up using them again if I need any concrete work done in the future. If you want your project done the right way give them a call.

I liked working with them. They were fast and finished my driveway in 4 days. Unfortunately the design was not practical and also they left 2 damaged tiles for me to replace, Other than this, they were great and did their best to satisfy our needs and request. I highly recommend them but just double check the design before you proceed.

Works of Houston is probably the best company I have ever worked with since I started using home advisor many years ago. Professionals, polite, knowledgeable, humble, patient. My neighbors were so impressed by their work. Work quality is impeccable! I love this company so much that I will actually buy a property that needs a new driveway just so I can experience working with Works of houston all over again.

Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They did an awesome job cleaning up when they were finished and power washed the side of house and surrounding area. We got five bids and they were right in line with the other bids and obtained COH permits. Several other companies tried to bypass this permit issue which is required by the city. I highly recommend this company.

This company was a pleasure to work with and helped me secure the proper permits for the project and completed the project on time and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience. Alfredo was great to work with. Communicated early and frequently. Kept us appraised of the project progress every step of the way. Went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We have two more projects and we'll be calling them back.

We changed something at the last minute due to our HOA and it wasnt a problem for them. In fact, they went above and beyond to ensure their work product would be successful and explained clearly. I could not have been happier with Carlos and Alfredo. The job was done ahead of schedule. I have a couple other projects that need to be done and they are coming back to do a walkway. I did get 3 quotes on each job and the pricing is very reasonable.
