The Stereo guy installed our in ceiling speakers, home theater, in floor Ethernet and WiFi. Recently, our internet was down for 2 days. We contacted the cable company who had known outages. After 5 days of spotty service and 2 days of no internet and no customer service help, I texted The Stereo Guy to see if he could do anything. Within an hour, he had figured out what the problem was and how to fix it. We’re in Alaska and forgot he had moved to Texas. He diagnosed the faulty cable co’s modem remotely in no time after days of no help from the owner of the equipment. On top of that, the speakers and WiFi have worked perfectly for the last 4 years. If we have any tech issues in the future, I will check with him before I ask someone local.

Fantastic job! Shawn put a custom two room (inside/outside) surround sound system in our home. He was knowledgeable, respectful, listened to our needs, and delivered. Shawn was upfront about the costs and timeline. Finally, Shawn taught me how to use my system and will answer questions when needed. A must hire for a custom installation!
