The guys did a good job and they are friendly. The supervisors interacted with me numerous times during the work. There was limited free space, so it took a lot of effort to move furniture around – some into and out of the garage. The crew helped vacuum and wipe dust off furniture before finishing The crew returned tile to the tile store for me so I could get a credit. They also replaced a lost floor mat for an exercise bike. I will use them again.

Sammy came out and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We signed contract and work started a couple of weeks later. Nelson was project manager and he was great! Very professional and responsive and was always easy to reach. Manuel did demo, shower and tile work and he was wonderful. Hard working, and respectful of house. Left everyday with work area cleaned and contained. Shower and tile work came out beautiful! Love the seamless glass for shower and sinks and quartz countertops completed the look!

Scheduling conflicts led to delaying the project until end of January 2018. Work took 3 weeks to complete, including new drywall in bedroom adjacent to bathroom and changing out commode and ventilation fan in 2nd bathroom. Bathroom was original from early 1950’s and needed complete change-out. The new space is more functional and tile work was nicely done. Only suggestion is that a written list of items that owner is to choose would have been very helpful, rather than taking notes during a telephone conversation. Also would have appreciated a detailed final bill showing how the “Big Deal” Credit was applied to the total cost.

This is the second time we've hired Sammy and his team to do work on our home. We flooded in the Tax day floods in 2016, cheated by our first contractor, and then met Sammy the first time around. He did all the repairs asked, corrected any issues we encountered, both he and his home treated us and our home respectfully and professionally. He got us back into our home in May and we flooded in August. We reached out to Sammy early and he was able to get us scheduled in and going quickly. He was extremely busy but was honest with us on the timeline and met it as well. We didn't do anything new, we simply asked him to put it back to what he had just done a few months ago and he did. This time around though he did our floors as well and they turned out amazing. I will definitely be using this company moving forward and have already recommended him to others. I advise anyone seeking out a contractor in the Houston area to be wary of anyone offering to do things quickly or offering a deal that just seems to good to be true. It's worth waiting a bit longer to get someone you can trust in your home, the expenses you'll end up paying otherwise will be horrible. Please see my previous review for photos, he put it back just as it was.

I needed my master bathroom and one bedroom renovated. After researching several contractors, I decided to use the Peralta's and was very happy with the service. They were reasonably priced, Sammy was always extremely responsive to my calls and questions, and every contractor I dealt with was professional, prompt and neat. I would hire them again for any type of job.

I had a few other people com out for bids and felt most comfortable w/ Samuel. They were prompt, clean and did great work. The project started on time and in a few short weeks, I had a new bathroom. Samuel pointed me in the right direction to pick out tile and they did the rest. A much-needed improvement over the 19 year old bathroom. I plan on using him again for some work early 2018.

Sammy and his team were very responsive and managed to squeeze us in short notice to have our first floor useable in time for the Holidays. First floor tile looks great with the large tiles (1.5 ft by 3 ft) all flush. Old thin set was jackhammered off for a smooth surface to start from. Paint was done nicely and all materials were disposed of. Very satisfied with the experience and with Sammy's professionalism, customer-service orientation, and transparency in his scheduling.

It was great! The workers were all very professional and respectful, and were good at their jobs. They arrived during the hours they said they would, and kept us "in the loop" about what the next step was, when city inspectors would come to check out the work, etc., so I didn't have to constantly call to find out. The new sheetrock looks like it's always been there, and when we had a problem with our initial dryer vent (causing the laundry room to fill with steam and set off the smoke alarm!), Sammy and his guys fixed it ASAP. The estimate we received from Peraltas Remodeling and Services, Inc., wasn't the least expensive, but we were given an itemized estimate for the work to be performed, rather than a written "ballpark" (which is what we received from the other contractor we interviewed). The itemized estimate meant that I knew exactly what we were getting, so there wouldn't be any surprises later on. We will definitely be calling the Peraltas for future projects!

Excellent! His team did a fantastic job, start to finish. All floors from the garage all the way to my 2nd story bathroom were covered, plastic placed on furniture, and my entire staircase, every step, covered individually. My wife and I both are at work, so the crew was left unsupervised every day, but were always receptive of my comments and Sammy was quick to ensure that all of my questions were answered throughout the job. The real difference between Sammy and other guys is his commitment to making the final result look great. I felt he was on my "team" as opposed to just a guy that I hired. After the work was complete, without asking, Sammy shampooed my carpet in the closet and master bedroom. Really?! I couldn't ask for better service. I look forward to hiring Sammy again in the future for all of my projects!

It was fantastic. Sammy and his crew know what they are doing. If they run into issues (they alerted us to the rusty pipes that needed to be replaced), they will contact you and discuss options to move forward.

Sammy was very professional and was very prompt with his responses. If ever there was an issue he was quick to response and work it out. His crew treated our home with respect, they kept work areas clean, and communicated with us frequently. The work was completed within the time frame Sammy had outlined, it was actually completed earlier but Sammy made sure that all the small touch ups and clean ups were taken care of. After being in such a horrible experience with our first contractor, which ended up costing us money we were so glad to have met Sammy. Our only regret is that we didn't go with Angie's list and find a legitimate business to work with us sooner. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a business you can trust to give these guys consideration. We would hire them again in a heart beat. I've included before and after photos of the two main areas, the kitchen and master bath.

After taking several bids and reading up on roof, I went with the Peraltas. My husband and I were very pleased with the work they did. The price was fair, the materials matched the price and our house's needs. The workers were polite and timely. Sammy, the owner, was a great communicator and replied to me promptly by phone, text and email. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up. My husband later noticed some extra nails and they came over promptly to take care of that. I really appreciated their work, their politeness and I will definitely work w/ the company again!

The "Deal" was $1,299 for 1,600 sq. ft. They more than tripled the price when they came out for an additional 1,200 sq. ft. They left all their equipment for over a week before they picked it up. The boss man accused me of trying to cheat him out of the additional money. I didn't think they were done yet since they hadn't removed their equipment and I noticed many places where they missed and they never came back to paint them. I had to do it myself.
