The Maids of North Central Houston

I had several people recommend house cleaners (just independent cleaners), but my hubby wanted me to get another estimate on an insured company. I contacted Keith (the owner of this franchise) to get an estimate on a deep clean on our rental (kinda a test clean for our primary res to see if we would use them long term). When Keith came out, he was very prompt and professional, going over what they could provide. He explained one of the biggest differences was that they sent out a team of ladies rather than one person - and assured me they could get more done than and do a better job than just one person. When they finished the deep clean I was sold! 

SO of course we hired them to regularly clean our house, thinking the thoroughness would continue. However, a trend began to start that they would completely skip cleaning an area and have to come back. Keith was always good about responding, but having to ensure they did a good job time and time again finally made us too frustrated after about a year. 

We should not have to clean AGAIN after a cleaning because they didn't do the job properly. Considering they are well above market for house cleaning, it is not a consistent "wow" or above average service. On the plus side, Keith and everyone were really nice - but unfortunately nice doesn't make my house stay clean!
