Description of Work: Mr. Lambert came to our home to provide an estimate for the work. Upon inspection of our gutters he found them to be in such bad shape he advised us it would be a waste of time to clean them. We need to replace them. He provided a quote for that service. He was great to work with and full of helpful information. If and when we replace the gutters, The Gutter Man will be our first and only call.

They did a good job.

Description of Work: Povider came to my house to measure and provide me with a bid to perform The gutter cleaning I needed. Because I have a patio home with one side of my house lying inches from the lot line. Therefore to completed the entire gutter system the Provider needs to access neighbor's property. The Provider can not perform the job until permission is granted.

Description of Work: I used Gutter Man years ago to install some gutters and called them back to do some gutter and downspout cleaning using an Angie's List coupon. They were very professional and helpful in explaining why my downspouts going into an underground drain were clogging up. No pressure....just a suggestion for the solution. We ended up installing screens where needed to avoid that happening again. I plan on using Gutter Man again for m gutter maintenance.

Description of Work: Bought one of the "big deals" for gutter cleaning and when I called to make an appointment, the company wouldn't honor the deal because my name was already in their system, even though they had not done work for me. "The deal is to put new customers in our system!" Seems like a flawed system, and I won't be calling Gutter Man for any other work.

We have made an attempt to contact you but was only able to leave a message. If you're a customer in our system and we have done a gutter a cleaning for you in the last 24 months you are not a new customer. Over 24 months, new customer. If you're a customer in our system and only have recieved an estimate from us, for gutter cleaning in the last twelve months; you are not a new customer. Description of Work: Very professional, gave me addresses of people in my neighborhood that used them! The salesman came out gave me a estimate and the next day the crew arrived, completed the work, cleaned up and done. Even the crew were very professional and answered my questions and spoke English! No surprises or problems, after they left I couldn't tell they were there, but for the new gutters!

Some systems just need to be replaced. No amount of cleaning or TLC can salvage it. Once a system is too far gone for our standards, or cleaning it may actually cause more damage, or repairs need to be done first before cleaning; we make the H/O aware the different options available to them.

Let me start out with first saying we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to earn your business. The parking issue was a big one. We were asked to illegally park on the street during morning traffic and risk an accident, ticket or both. And a Neghbor was moving in using the same drive-way as Our Customer and at first it caused some anxiety for them. A solution presented to us, was to park 150 yards away and carry our equipment back. We suggested coming back another day or time but the HomeOwner wanted it done that day at that time! So we had to first get approval from the New Neighbor, which we did, to park in the drive and finished the job. When you live in the loop in a 3 story gated town home community sharing drive ways with a "0 lot line", we have to take everyone into consideration. We try our best to please everyone.
