I called Davey to have some trees removed. Alex and his team came by the next day and gave us some options instead of removal. We ended up keeping the trees (for which I am so thankful) and having them pruned and cabled for stability. Davey was very professional and I appreciate their suggestions on what we could do instead of removal. Alex's team was very friendly, professional and hard-working. The job was done correctly and quickly. I will definitely use them for any other tree issues that arise. I would highly recommend them!

They were hired by Centerpoint to “trim” limbs by the lines. Oh. My. God! I am appalled, saddened, furious, frustrated and shocked at the condition of my backyard when I got home. There is absolutely NO excuse for this. They SLAUGHTERED my 60 yr old oak tree and destroyed all my plants that the enormous limbs fell on. I’m livid and disgusted!

Davey Tree Experts were hired by Centerpoint to trim the trees by the power lines behind our house. I am still in shock, they butchered the trees. They lopped off the tops of the trees at the trunk instead of selectively trimming branches that were in the way of the power lines. Every time I go in my yard now I have to look at the devastation they left behind.

We had a really bad drought. The trees were showing fatigue. I needed to know what to do to save them. They told me what I needed to do. ?They put down special fertilizer. They drilled these deep holes and put time released fertilizer in. These are massive trees and we don't want to lose them. It is very expensive. It was a good visit. If you have 200 year old trees and trying to keep them healthy. This is who you want to call.

We have big oak trees that are like 150 years old. They are like the tree doctors. They come by about every 3 years. We get special fertilizer so that they are healthy. They came out during the drought. ?They are very expensive. They also come out for the lights in my trees. They climb my trees and trim the oak trees. My oak trees have all these lights in them. They replace any light bulbs that have gone dead. Then they reband because the oak trees are always growing, they reband the lights. Because the bands start popping. I will use them again but not for the lights because they were very expensive and I have found someone else. If I need a tree doctor, definitely.

I used Davey Tree and I like them.  I thought they offered value for money.  They were experts.  They had some experts.  They did a good job.  I would rank them top percentile.  They were here roughly two years ago.  It was pretty expensive because we have a very steep, pitched roof and we have an extremely huge tree.  It took them all day to trim after it had got on the roof and settled.  It was not a cheap job, but it wouldn't have been cheap for anyone.

They are great. They do work all the time. They are a serious company, reliable, get the job done as requested otherwise they will come again and finish if they missed something. Price is average to high, it is comparable to other services in my area.

They were great, excellent, I would highly recommend. They were very thorough, and explained that some of my trees had diseases, and went over how to treat them. I would give them 5 stars. It was well worth the price, than to replace the trees.

They are very expensive but they are very good, very professional. They've got a couple of guy's that get up in the tree and other guy's trimmed the bottom and they don't waste anytime. What I like is they send a guy out a day or week ahead of time and he would walk around and ask me exactly what you want done and then when the shows up he's there and he gets them going  and then he always calls later and ask how things went.
