Was performed as good. But will not provide an invoice and avoiding calls. Also business is run from an apartment which is illegal.

I was super impressed with my first-time service with Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I just moved into a new home and requested a cleaning for the bedroom carpets, which had some stains and wear and tear. The stains are now gone, and the carpet smells fresh and looks amazing, just like new. Tony was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated his insight on the type of carpet in the home, its resilience and how to take care of it. I would highly recommend their service and would call them again for future cleaning or repairs.

The Carpet Specialists were great. I had some scheduling issues, including a work conflict on the same day of service, but they were amenable and willing to delay arrival at my home by 15-20 mins to ensure I'd be there to meet them. Once they arrived, both representatives were friendly and conscientious in entering the property, viewing the carpeted room in question, and in performing the work. Once they had taken room measurements and evaluated the situation, they second-checked with me regarding an itemized estimate that included both a carpet repair and no-repair scenario, which gave me an opportunity to say no if I had wanted to. Once the work began, they completed the carpet stretch, repair, and cleaning very quickly and finished the job within the time originally allocated for the job. After a final work-through, they showed me the bill on a tablet, allowed me to pay either by check or credit card, and had a system set up to email me my bill on the spot. That system didn't work in my case, but I was able to have a copy of the bill re-sent 2 days later when I called with the request. Overall it was a great experience.

The technicians (Jose and Cameron) were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They arrived at the designated time after calling ahead to let us know they were on the way. They assessed the state of the carpet in two bedrooms, accurately measured the spaces, and provided an updated estimate. I didn't realize the time and effort involved to stretch a carpet, and they efficiently completed the work. They covered their shoes while in the house and vacuumed the carpets afterwards. Plus, the dispatcher Reina was very helpful in providing the initial estimate, scheduling the service, and coordinating the technicians. We are very pleased with their work.

I used the carpet specialists the 2nd week of October to repair carpet my dog destroyed & a room that needed stretching. Customer service matched the repair work done. Awesome is the only word I can use to describe both. Repairs look wonderful & I am having them out to clean my carpet before thanksgiving. Thanks Tony!
