Had gutters repaired after damage from hurricane Beryl. The sales experience was good. After the repairs were done, we had several weeks without rain. When it did rain, I noticed that one of the gutters was leaking and flowing over the top. I called the owner, Marcus, he asked me to send a video of the problem. I sent the video on Monday and after not hearing back from him on Tuesday I called him and he did not answer. I then called the office, and they said Kayla would get in touch with me. It is now Thursday afternoon and still no response. I called the direct number that I was given for Kayla, and no one answered. I am disappointed that there is zero service after the sale.

I liked everything about Marcus (the owner) and his presentation from start to finish. Marcus is not a salesman but rather a presenter of his product. When you have a great product and superior service, the product and service sells itself. Joel, his lead man & crew arrived on time the day of the install, were very professional, courteous and cheerful and listened to whatever concerns I had. Marcus showed up after his team arrived to make sure we were all on the same page and even stopped by a week later to check in with me. It was a real pleasure working with Marcus and his team and they get the highest marks from me.
