They were good. The service took a lot of time.

I have had them for about two or three months now. They come on about the 24th of the month. The work that they do is all right. They know what they are doing. The price is okay. Their responsiveness is fine and their professionalism is good. They are punctual. They will be back here sometime in November.

Adrian is a true professional. He responded to my text message within a day or two and worked with my difficult schedule to clean the house when we needed it. He and his crew were very efficient, as always. The cleaning took about ninety minutes, and the work was done flawlessly. I've been a customer of Adrian's for over a year, so he let me mail him a check (I couldn't be there for the cleaning). I've recommended Adrian to my best friends.

He had a vacuum and he vacuumed my floors. Then he put the same vacuum with the same attachment that he vacuumed the floor on my kitchen table. I wasn’t sure about their cleaning claws as they cleaned the bathroom and then cleaned the kitchen. They were very nice, trustworthy but they always showed up at least an hour late and were not very responsive. Their pricing was pretty cheap when compared to the company I’m using right now. One of the people called Adrian who also cleaned was trying to do everything on his own and I just thought that it was too much for one person to handle as the one of the lady that works for him only speaks Spanish and the other one is deaf.

They come once every two weeks. They vacuum and dust the house. They clean the floors in the kitchen and the baths. They clean the rooms. They clean the appliances on the outside but not the inside. I decided to use them after going through a couple of reviews on them. It is a team of 3 people. I don't have a lot of furniture so I don't know if it is a good deal. I do not know how much time they spent in my house because I go to work and they come to my house at 8 o'clock in the morning.

The first time they spent about 3 hours on the home and there were three people. They did a good job and the price was right. The second time was also a good job and they worked hard. They were punctual and professional. I am happy with the service and do not have any complaints.

We are selling our home and we wanted to prepare the house for staging and showing. I explained to the woman who was doing the scheduling that the house had just been remodeled - painted, tiled, etc. I didn't need the usual checklist of services as we were freshly painted, tiled or replaced, but some things needed deep cleaning. I really wanted them to tackle the bathroom fixtures, the dust that had accumulated on ceiling fans and especially blinds, and misc. cleanup that the contractor had neglected. The 4 women that showed up worked hard and were quick to help me with what I was doing at the same time (moving furniture, putting things away). Language wasn't a problem - we made ourselves understood. When they left I inspected more carefully, and wished I had encouraged them to do a better job on the blinds. Of course, I am very picky about the blinds and don't want to see a speck of dust, let alone dust on the ends of the blinds, or under the edge where the overlap prevents it from getting 100% clean unless you change your method of cleaning. Anyway, I was quite happy with their cleaning. I think they are expensive, but that is the only reason I would hesitate to call them back. When I do, I will make sure I am not timid about asking for exactly what I want, because I don't think it would be a problem here.

With only the first cleaning completed, we don't have the complete picture. However, the first cleaning was a good value for the money, and it went well enough to continue with a regular cleaning service arrangement. I expect them again next week. For the initial cleaning, they were later than scheduled, but worked hard and did a good job. If the quality of the work does not deteriorate and the price stays competitive, I will use them for years to come.

Adrian and his crew are excellent! We feel fortunate to have them. They are always on time, very respectful of the house and its belongings, reliable. Adrian is particularly good at making sure that the bathroom and kitchen are well cleaned. They are also flexible about cleaning different parts of the house (e.g., windows or patio) on a periodic basis. Great job!
