Above and beyond great service. Report delivered same day. Best home inspection we have had. Definitely recommend using TexaSpec Inspections when you buy a home.

This is the worst inspection company ever. The inspector came out and inspected the house I was purchasing. They charge a stiff $490 for an inspection. I got a clean and go-ahead report to purchase the house. 2 days after I purchase the house, the air conditioner drainage line was overflowing from the attic to the second floor. The inspector did not completely test the air conditioner unit and its drainage line. That cause me $150 service calls and counting. The problem is not completely fixed yet. There was still water damage to the second floor ceiling. It also gave a big dose of stress because I thought i spend all my money and bought a leaky house.

PAUL, JR. ARRIVED ON TIME, DID AN EXTREMELY THOROUGH INSPECTION, AND IMMEDIATELY PRINTED A REPORT, COMPLETE WITH PICTURES, FOR ME. IT INCLUDED 2 COPIES ALSO.
