Made sure he didn t leave without us being sure about anything, I have never had someone so helpful with a inspection and his prices are affordable! I got my roof replaced through them. they did a great job, guided me all through the process, helped me with my paperwork with insurance agency and HOA and had some great people who knew what they are doing and did a good job. Thanks to Rob Bradley (the sales guy who got the deal through), Devyn (lady from office who helped with invoices) and the experienced crew who worked on replacing the roof/ shingles. overall happy.

Even though it won't let me change it from metal to shingle... here it goes So- Rob has a FANTASTIC eye for what your home may possibly need. We were just entertaining the idea of a metal roof, and after speaking with him for a little while, we realized that a stronger shingle roof would work better because of the style of our roof and preferred longevity. Rob helped me deal with insurance and file the claim. Also got everything squared away as far as deductible and other options financial wise. They were able to start a day early, gave me a heads up, and the men went right to work. 2 days and my steep, broken roof was replaced. ??

Texas State Builders replaced my roof after hail damage. They worked with me an the insurance company to ensure the repairs were covered. Although the process was not seamless Deavyn and Robert were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly . I appreciate their keeping me informed of everything throughout the process. My roof was installed during the colder months so I had concerns about the shingle not laying flat. I was reassured that once the weather warmed up the issue would be resolved and a follow-up inspection provided, as a customer that gave me peace of mind. Customer service is key.

Texas State Builders did a roof replacement, interior paint and drywall repair to 20' ceilings. There was hail damage to my exterior window beading and it was all replaced. Texas State Builders so far have far exceeded my expectations.
