Texas Chimney

The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and got the fireplace to work. He went above and beyond and per my request he completely serviced the entire unit. When he finished he not only vacuumed inside and out but vacuumed my floor where he was working. I will highly recommend this company and will use them again.

He came out once and adjusted and it worked for a while as he said, “let’s try this first.” A few months later he came back again and had to replace that part. He was trying to save me some money. All works great now. They are timely, efficient, very neat, and well priced. You will not have to wait months for a repair. Also he rearranged the “logs” and they look sooo much better then they did before.

I would highly recommend this gentleman. He was extremely professional.

I was really impressed with Texas chimney. Nadav came out the same day and was very efficient and clean. He explained everything he was doing and gave me pointers and things to look out for. I highly recommend Texas Chimney!

The logs were installed, however, the chimney was never completed to my satisfaction. I paid the company $800.00 that night with the remaining money to be paid when the job was completed. I was called by my neighbor one day that Texas Chimney was at my house working on my chimney. When I went home I found that there was a very large layer of cement on the top of my chimney and an ugly cap looking like a child had made it. I told the owner that I was not happy with the job and he said that it would cost me more money if I wanted anything changed. I contacted another chimney company and had them fix the mess that Texas Chimney did (they sawed and grinded the cement down and put on a new cap. It cost me $750.00 to pay the other company to complete the job. I told Texas Chimney Company that I would pay them $200 to leave me alone and they won't.

They only wanted to inspect and sweep my chimney which is not my posted job was. My job was to replace the decorative tiles around the fireplace front. No work was done because they only wanted to sweep and inspect.

They did a good job. On time and finish without a mess.

Very good, They are very responsive, they come on time. I would recommend them . They did the job well.

A year after the work was performed, the chimney was leaking during a heavy rain. I called them to come back out, and they corrected the problem. They held up to their warranty. I was very pleased with the service.
