As the home is vacant, I arranged for a friend to grant access to the cleaners. However, both my friend and realtor independently confirmed that the cleaning appeared rushed and lacked proper attention to detail. Additionally,( The Company )has been uncooperative and argumentative, refusing to acknowledge my concerns as the paying client. Their service notes have only further raised red flags, reinforcing my concern that this job was completed hastily.

"Customer had Friend open door so technician can clean carpet Friend came and double checked Carpet and agreed she was happy with results. Customer purchased a basic cleaning package contacted us back. We do not give warranty on basic cleaning packages when contacted. We notified customer that it was too late of a notice and offered to go clean with a deep clean for Ollie $49.99 plus tax to try to work with Customer if Customer would have contacted us within a reasonable amount of time after cleaning we would’ve helped with a free cleaning. customer‘s real estate agent contacted us and said she was out of town and she just barely got home but the Friend approved of the Cleaning and said it was fine. The young lady who led the technician in the house to clean the carpet due to House being shown, we believe the carpet got re-dirty by showing of home and customer wanted carpet re-cleaned."

Lonnie was great - personable, respectful, efficient and did a terrific job. My old carpet looks nearly new. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

They did a great job. They provided all of the blowers and also 3 dehumidifiers. When I thought they needed to be left a few hours longer, they were very accommodating. They also provided me with some Enzyme Odorizer so I could continue to keep the place smelling great.
