The team at TTS were very helpful in hearing our needs and providing a quote for the service they recommended. However, they did not have the system we were interested in purchasing. We ended up going with a different vendor.N

We switched our phone service provider and had a dead phone in our phone system. We called TTS by referral. They came out, unplugged the phone and plugged it back in. Presto, it works. There was just a glitch in the system. Now keep in mind that the service call included up to an hour of work. The tech was literally here for 5 minutes and even had to call in to find out if he was going to charge us. TTS collected a check for nearly $100. I called the manager/owner of TTS and he refused to be reasonable about the charge. We even offered $50-60 for their 10 minute drive and 5 minutes of work. I completely understand that service companies have overhead but this instance is a clear indication how TTS's values customer satisfaction. A manager's inability to work with their customers when stupid things like this happen is the reason that we would NEVER call this company again. We choose to NOT work with companies that refuse to work with their customers and charge unfair, ridiculous fees.
