I needed to get a 4 ft stretch of privacy fence plus a gate installed. We scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote which we did first thing in the morning. They came out, gave me a great quote and even said that they could come back and do the work that same day, which they did. Over all I'm very pleased with my experience with Houston Trees and Fence Service.

Contractor was prompt, came in and did the job, and cleaned up when finished. Even cleaned up extra debris from rooftop.

Requested a quote from Hector via their website, and he was quick to respond with the information I desired. After receiving other quotes, I chose to use Hector's company because of his price and communication with me. On the day work was scheduled, the crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up well afterward. I would highly recommend Houston Trees and Fence Service, and I planned to look to them for some tree work in the Fall.

They were awesome and I am so happy we used them. My neighbors also saw their work and used them too. Their quote was as good as and mostly better than private contractors.

Went well. Work with us for the best solution for the trimming of the trees. Even cleaned the gutter for no extra charge and installed gutter guards I had bought. Very professional. Will recommend and hire again!!!

Went very well, Hector provided a quote the same day I requested one and was able to schedule it to be completed a few days later. The crew arrived as scheduled and did a great job trimming the trees despite my pool taking up a lot of space and limbs hanging over a couple different fences. The main person walked over to my neighbors house to let them know they were working on the tree hanging over their garage. So the communication was very good. Hector stopped by at the end of the job to check on the crews work.

Hector came same day request was made for estimate. Our fence shares a property line with neighbor. He even went next door with us to interpret conversation with neighbor as we do not speak spanish. He came the next day on time agreed upon and started the job. He finished and cleaned up mess in about 3 hours. Very satisfied with Hector and crew's work.

My experience with Hector was excellent. Hector was very responsive and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. His crew came at the agreed-upon time and got the job done as promised. In the process, I learned from Hector some pointers on fence maintenance and replacement at the right time. His company is on the top of my list when similar needs arise in the future.
