When he started, he told me that he could finish the job in a couple weeks. In the middle of the second week he told me that it would take longer and that he needed 30% of the money. He did a little more work, and would asked to be paid some more money. He did this all the way through the job. He put cement down to fill the cracks in my driveway and sealed it with silicon on top. Within a week the silicon started coming through the cracks. I asked him to fill it in solid with concrete and to reseal it. He sent one group out to fix the the first half of the driveway, and they did a great job. The second group that he sent out did a terrible job and the cement started coming up again within a week. He did come and look at the driveway about three weeks ago and said that he would redo the driveway, but that he was not responsible because he was doing the sealing for free, but it wasn't free it was all included in the contract. He was supposed to bring a new contract with additional work that he did for me that I was supposed to sign. He has never given an additional contract to me, but he has been paid in full for all of the work that he did, including  $4000.00 extra for work that was added on.
