I would refer them to a friend, with some considerations.  Okay, I don't know if there is a way of expressing that.  I don't want to say no, but I am going to say a qualified yes on using them again.  They could make the experience better by not doing the job on July 5th, he was supposed to have a full crew but he did not.  They completed the job.  Secondly, the job was a professional job, however, I would say we discovered afterwards that there were 40-50 what's called fish lip shingles. you know how a fish makes his lips go,  so in other words, some of the shingles had a lifting in the middle. Now, he said on more than one occasion that this is a cosmetic issue which he is going to fix by gluing down the shingles.  He's already made one attempt to fix them.  But, we believe that he's not going to turn his back on this because he seems to be very, an honest, professional installer.  But with Hurricane Harvey down here he asked us to be patient  because he said there were a lot of people who were in need in terms of roofing problems.  So, that was July 5th, and this is what date, September 29th now?  I'm just saying that, you know, at this point we feel he's not going to abandoned us, but let's get it done.  It's basically a cosmetic issue but never the less we don't want a cosmetic issue.  That's basically why I gave him a B in Overall and Quality.

When we found them and asked them to come by to give an estimate they actually came at the time on the day they said they would so they responded well. We had some problems with some leaks which actually were traced to the wall and not the balcony. They helped with that and kept coming back even though there was no extra charge until we were satisfied. All around we had a good experience. They were very helpful and responsive. Some of the other estimates that we got for the balcony were twice as much and we got what we wanted out of the balcony which was a waterproofed balcony. I will use them again in the future.

It cost us around $10000.  The price was good.  Their service was good.  They did fine.  They seemed to be efficient.  They got it all done in 1 week.  There was a little bit of issues, and they got up there and fixed it.  Their clean up went well.  I would use them again in the future.
