responded very fast to the service call.  Scott was able to get started within the next couple of days.  Showed up on time.  The worker didnot reconnect the electrical line to the well water pump and Scott came back at 8pm the same night to fix.   He also call back a couple of months later to correct problems.  His rate is average and he is very responsive.  Although there were mistakes, Scott always guarantee his work.  I feel he could have done a better job upfront but always good to know he's around and his work has warranty.

He was odd. We had an outside outlet blow up and he was able to come by within an hour to do that, which was good. I had other work that I wanted him to do and he took a long inventory but he never came back. It was very odd. The plug didn't work at first and he explained and came back to adjust something. It was a safety plug and he explained that to me. It was an emergency and he was able to be at the house within 45 minutes to take care of that. I talked to him twice about scheduling the other work and he had taken a detailed list so it was really odd. I found somebody else to do the other work. He did fine on the work he did. He did a good job with that outlet.

It was all good: called for an appointment and got one right away. The tech was on time, worked dilligently and got the job done in a professional, courteous manner. The charge was $95 per hour whereas the previous electrician charged $125.

They did a nice job. Their rates were reasonable. They did some work that was part of the overall contract and they did some work just for me. The work that they did for me cost me $200. They found a mistake that somebody else had made and they did a good job of that for the contractor. They were very professional. I will hire them again without hesitation.
