T&Z All Handyman Services was dispatched to our home by our property management company yesterday morning. What an excellent, kind, attentive service tech we received! He listened to the issues we described having and stayed and worked hard until they were ALL resolved. The other vendors we've had to deal with in the past in no way compare to T&Z. He also gave some handy advice about an issue we had outside of the main scope of our problem. Both my husband and I were impressed once he left and talked about how attentive he was and using them again in the future. We will be referring them to others who are in need of all around great handyman services! Thanks T&Z.

After contacted several other handymen who needed about a week just to give me an estimate, I called T&Z after finding them on Angie's List.  At first I was leery of their hourly rate, but they assured me of their professionalism.
Frank arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I showed him the work to be done and he got right to it.  The work was not just straightforward replacement due to the age of the home and previous homeowner work to install the existing fans.  I knew this because I had already replace one ceiling fan and knew what a pain it was.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, cost of work, time required, etc.  I will definitely call T&Z again when I need some work performed.

When I needed a plumber, my friend highly referred me to Plumbing Services & Drain Cleaning which he had used in the past. I called Plumbing Services & Drain Cleaning and the plumber came out that Morning as scheduled. He was very. I?notice a leak above my water heater, it started to leak really bad. I called?T&Z ?all services and?a plumber came out that Morning as scheduled.?Vincent was very experienced and diagnosed the problem immediately. He replaced?a shut off?valve and? pipe.?I am very impressed with their service. He was wearing a uniform and very courteous .?He described?the problem and gave me a price to repair. What he quoted is exactly what I paid, there were no surprises. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing service that they can trust. I ?will definitely use them in the future!

I'm in the middle of a move & had way more stuff to do than I could possibly get done. I was getting a little stressed, and found these guys. Called them on a Saturday morning. They had someone at my place within 2 hours. They told me the hourly rate, and when he showed up, I handed him my list and he went to work. He asked some questions when needed (like exactly where I wanted the smoke detectors). It all went perfectly, just as you would expect. Just wish he could have stayed all afternoon! But on short notice I did get a bunch of help & am very thankful.

They were AMAZING!  I could not be happier!  They did a great job, showed up on time and when they were done, I had a few minutes extra on my hour, so he even helped me with a leaky shower sprayer.  What great guys!  I would TOTALLY recommend them!  Sears wanted $175 to install a $200 microwave.  I thought we could do it ourselves, but when I got it out of the box I realized that the bracket holding in the old one was not installed correctly and it also would not fit the new microwave (even though they were the exact same make and model but a few years apart)
     When Ralph came, he and his son's had it up in a flash AND they did it right!  BRAVO!  They had to drill through some tile, and they did a great job.  They even took pictures of my St. Bernard afterwards (Love my dogs and win my heart!)
     Excellent service and really nice guys to boot!  They did not overcharge me.  At first,  I was a little afraid of the "By the hour" pricing, but they were honest and got the job done quickly! They will have all of my work in the future!
