We believe that painting your home can create a positive change and can give you the feeling of falling in love with your space all over again. period of time. I wanted the job done within 2 to 3 days, less then a
week after the bid. I had 5 painters come and give bids, and chose Swale
over the others for the most part because my wife felt very comfortable
with both Swale and Arturo. There price was right down the middle of
the bids I had received. There suggestions on color and paint choices
were right in line with what I was wanting, and much more in depth then
the other bidders.
The house has 4 bedrooms and is apprx. 2000
sq. ft. All rooms were painted, 2 different colors with all trim painted
a 3rd. Mantles and pass thru tops were sanded and properly prepared.
Arturo made some very good suggestions during the process, and the ones he finished turned out great.
The
quality of the paint job is excellent. The attention to detail could be
a bit better. Some wall plates were not removed and had paint on them.
Some paint was left on my hard wood floors etc. (Hence the B in quality) All in all not to big of
problem, given the short time frame.
The only problem I really had with Swale interiors was that they forgot to paint the interior of a linen closet and a pantry. When we contacted Swale, he was fine with sending someone back out to fix it. We have, as of yet, not been able to get our schedules to match. (Hence the B in Responsiveness)
All in all, I would hire them again.
