After having a disappointing experience with my current insurance company I decided to test the waters after seeing all the glowing reviews of the Suzanne Brown Agency. Boy, was I glad I did. Contacted Laura C. and provided all the necessary data for both HO and Auto. Communication via phone and email was great. Prompt responses to my queries. After all was said and done, Laura was able to save me over $2200 a year for equal or better coverage. What a fantastic experience working with Laura C. Highly recommend this agency.

Got a letter from Suzanne Brown insurance company saying that fire coverage for my home will be dropped in 3 wks due to overhanging branches of trees near the roof. What a terrible excuse! No prior warning was given. Insurance was just dropped at specified date. We used Suzanne Brown insurance for our second home. I'm disgusted with this company. The insurance company we use for our primary home (15 years now) would never do such a thing, so I can tell the difference in quality. This is unacceptable. I'm glad that I'll be changing coverage to another entity!!

Colton, one of the agents, proactively reached out to me with comparable auto insurance options...saving me almost $1K annually. I would not have realized I could get the same coverage at a much lower price with, appreciate the proactive work he and the agency did!

Not only did she help me find the best possible insurance rate but she also took the time to answer every single one of my many phone calls during the process.
