I hired these guys in February in Sugarland to replace my roof, and replace the siding on my chimney. Paid half up front half afterwards. The work was done within one day for the roof. It looked OK but it was dark. Stephen A is the guy who was in charge. He left early the morning of the installation. The crew worked all day and as I would leave the house and come back they would not stop throwing the old roof or tools or what have you off so I could pass. Not that I care, I can dodge giant parts of my house. Stephen was supposed to come back after going wherever he went and then do the chimney himself. They finished around 5 pm. He arrived at 7:45 pm to get a pump he had left with them. He demanded the other half of his money so as the check was being written I told him then wood on the underside of the shingles looks the same and kind of warped and some rotted. He asked me if I had ever done roofing before, and I did not think about it then but he was testing to see what I actually know about roofing I guess. He said the wood was not replaced because it is part of the frame and we hired him to do he roofs. I said: I understand but does everything look normal to you since you were not here the whole day, can you check their work please? Because there were 20 people on my house. And so we went to the attic and I pointed at so e of the rafters and said this looks normal? (They are cracked and warped. The plywood is greyish black and the bottom later seems to be peeling) and he tells me that they did not replace the plywood because it is in near perfect shape despite rain having been pouring into my master bedroom. I did not know anything about roofing but I did not trust that. He never did my chimney. Two weeks later I called him to see what he is doing and he sends two younger guys over here who he did not tell me he was sending. They took the wood he left on the side of my house with then and attached some old and some new trim to my chimney and left. When they got here they had to call him to see why they were here. My house is wetter inside now with more mold than any house I have seen and his company not only has had a disconnected phone number for three months but his cell oh ebis disconnected and he also shot a video of them on top of my roof on line without telling me or asking permission. I do not know what to do about it because I cannot find him and I paid in full. Also when he came back that first night he told me he had to go to Grainger to get the wood but he had one price of plywood. And it was not from Grainger. I work there. They do not sell plywood. If anyone knows what to do in a situation like this I would really like some advice.

First of all, I hired them 6 months ago for a leak at my water heater vent pipe. The leak is still there and I cannot seem to get a hold of anybody. The main phone number is disconnected. I then contacted Steven A. who supervised the job. He said he would honor the warranty but now I cannot get a hold of him either. For all you people that rated this company 5 stars, I recommend you hire a roofing inspector to verify everything is fine. I was happy at first too. I am currently weighing my options.

They was a little off schedule, always ran late but overall the work was okay.

Supreme Roofing Experts promptly came to access the situation. They even offered to come out prior to the appointment time, which was appreciated. Then the very next day after the initial inspection, they made the minor roof repair that needed to be made. This is a business I would strongly recommend others choosing if repairs are needed for your roof

The company did an outstanding job on replacing my roof. They were very quick in doing the job as well as cleaning up afterward. The representative, Stephen, was very courteous and stayed on top of every phase of the job from start to finish. He met two times with the insurance adjuster to help me get partly reimbursed because of the hail damage to the roof.

Small patch job. Responded to request for a proposal on the same day as our request. Bid well below two other proposers. Arrived nearly on time for the repairs. When the planned repair method appeared not to be the best way to go the repairman went out for different materials and still completed the job in less than four hours. Color match should have been a bit better. Overall very satisfied.

Steven, told me exactly what needed to be done and showed me a video. This was a small repair, but I was treated as if he was doing the entire roof. I would definitely hire them again. They are great.

The repair was acceptable but the color match of the shingle was not acceptable. Now the repair work stands out like a sore thumb.
