This is THE worst company I have ever had the misfortune of using. We are in week 8 of a 4 day project and things are far worse than before this contractor and his subcontractors arrived on site. Two different subcontractors have started the job and not come back, the paving stones I supplied have been damaged and mortared in [rendering them useless and having to be replaced at my cost], the level of the area has been manipulated twice and is 11 inches above ground level now, the new level is made up of pebbles and a little earth. No proper paving sand has ever been provided, there are paving stones strewn all over my yard, killing my plants and lawn and damaging my shed. The owner - Michael Cowart has lied many times, refused to pay us back the $1700 we paid upfront - despite agreeing what has been done is all wrong and major corrections need to be made before starting from scratch again. Shelby and Michael will dodge phone calls and messages, delete any negative reviews [how unethical is that!] and threaten you with lawyers letters for slander. All in all, just a shocking, unethical company with poor workmanship and no taking of responsibility. They said the first subcontractor stole their money, but as I paid him, surely thats my money?
