My only complaint is that they should not over book appointments. Because they changed the time of the appointment, they were rushed due to a previous commitment I had. Since they were rushed they had to come back later in the day to correct some things.They did so without hesitation. Overall I was pleased with the service, price.

Mike came out a month ago to give me a quote for the job, we set the date and time then, and they never showed up. I call Chris and he blamed it on there scheduling system. I took the day off and told him and he sent someone out who did a good job. If I had to do business with mike I would not have hired them. Chris and josh were accommodating though they never gave me the discount they said they would give me since they screwed up.

Michael was wonderful. He was professional and friendly, and he did an amazing job on our windows. We had a few more large windows than anticipated, and Michael's partner was out sick on the day he was scheduled to clean our windows, but he got the whole project done efficiently and effectively. I forgot what a difference clean windows make! The house looks so much brighter. We will definitely be using Sunspot services again.
