The initial work was done on time in 2010, and seemed ok. But it did leak within the one year workmanship warranty or shortly thereafter. That was repaired quickly. However, they neglected to tell us they were doing the repair (across one wall of the house with patio doors) with bits and pieces of TPO. We could only see the decking above it. The TPO material itself carried a 10 year guarantee. As we have found out now this roofing is only as good as the heat welded seams. I texted Mr. Naidus on 8/8/17, before Harvey. At that time we had one spot that leaked. We were out of town for a week, and then he couldn't get to us. He finally came to our house for an estimate on 9/6/17. By that time there were many leaks and 3 damaged ceilings. We are still waiting for an estimate to replace the roof (11/5/17) and he no longer returns calls. Clearly he is not willing to stand by the work that he has done for us, and clearly the workmanship on the seams is deficient. Not surprising that this is only guaranteed for one year. I did tell him there would be a negative review here if he did not repsond. Still no response.

Sidings were well done, but brick wall was not. Long and stressful argument to get it fixed, and it was never fixed properly.

Also, damages to sheet rocks inside due to excessive force applied on sidings not fixed.

Punctual, courteous, good work. Dennis installed a new roof on our house around 1995. This fall, 18 years later, we had a few tiles coming up and some squirrel damage around a vent. Dennis replaced the decking and tiles, installed new storm collar then cleaned up and hauled off debris. I didn't even know he had been there until I saw the new tiles. He also gave me credit for some work he originally estimated for and did not need to do. He also installed my gutters several years ago and they are still in good shape. He has a one year guarantee of workmanship. I highly recommend Dennis Naidus of Sunbelt Roofing Co.

They did a pretty good job. They did what I asked them to do. They were prompt. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them.

Dennis was able to arrive three days ahead of schedule and completed the work to satisfaction. Roof is repaired and looks good. The work area was cleaned up nicely and all the construction waste was hauled away. He provided a warranty for two years which is nice.

We contacted Dennis at Sunbelt Roofing upon the recommendation of our realtor who had used his services before. During inspection of the house, the inspector found some damaged shingles. Additionally, he was unable to determine the age of the roof. The house is about 20 years old -- about the age it might need a new roof if it had not already been replaced. Dennis came out at short notice during the option period and determined that roof was only about 6 years old and confirmed the damaged shingles the inspector found (likely from house painters walking on that section). He gave us an estimate to fix that section and also noticed that the attic fans were not working. He quoted a price to replace them or to install turbofans instead.
We ended up purchasing the house and called Dennis back to perform the work. This was the weekend before Christmas, and he was able to get out there without any problem. He and his men repaired the damaged area, installed the turbofans (which he recommended since those attic fans are prone to going out every few years), and also upon my request, removed an old satellite dish that we weren't going to use. Everything was time in a timely and professional manner. I didn't get on the roof to inspect the job, but I really didn't have to since I'm dealing with pros here.
Value added services: we were having a new hot water heater installed at the same time the roofing work was being done, and Dennis asked if it was OK to talk to the plumbers since that job would mess with the venting out the roof from the hot water tank. He told me that he could come back and reseal where the vent pipe exited the roof and did so a couple days later at no charge.
Overall, i would certainly use Sunbelt again.

A n air vent on the roof of my garage had been damaged and needed replacement to prevent rain from entering the garage. I called a couple of roofing companies including Sun Belt Roofing to get estimates for the repair. Mr. Naidus came out that afternoon, viewed the damage, and suggested replacement of the old plastic "Air Hawk" vent with a turbine vent. He gave me their "regular price" for this kind of job which was substantially lower than the other company that I called. The next day as promised, the repair man came to the house with all the necessary parts and installed the new vent. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the installation. I would recommend this company highly.

Dennis came out and gave an estimate on gutters and some roof repair. He found significant damage where previous contractors doing stone work had damaged the roof. The roof was rotted underneath damaged shingles. When he was awarded the job, he came back with one of his superintendents and walked the job. We talked about colors for the gutters and the roof. He was able to match the new shingles on the roof perfectly. We then had it put on the schedule. The team showed up at 8 am on the scheduled date and they were completely done with all the repairs and installation of new gutters by 5:30 that evening. They were completely professional and courteous. They cleaned up everything thoroughly once the job was complete. We are very happy with the job done.

They replaced my roof a number of years ago. The owner Dennis comes by occasionally and does any maintenance work that needs to be done. We are very happy with him. My roof is not covered under warranty anymore because he put the roof long time ago. He is always on time. He is professional. He is very reasonably priced on the little things that need to be done.

Dennis is responsive and professional. He met the insurance adjuster at our house and supported the adjuster while he was making his inspection. At the same time, Dennis made temporary repairs.

Phone several roofing companies. Only the owner of Sunbelt, which I believe is a small business responded. Came to our residence with a worker that day or the next. Got on the roof itself. Examined it. Directed the disassembly of the antennas and their removal from the roof. It was a very reasonable fee. EXCELLENT service and when I have to have a roofing company again I will phone Sunbelt 1st.

I would highly recommend them. They showed up on time and prosecuted the work timely. They billed me what I expected them to bill. I thought they did a very high quality job. It was expensive but it was an expensive product.

The service was much faster than I expected and they even came out in a brief interlude between thunderstorms to do the job. The whole thing took less than half a day - now I have to get an electrician to hook the things up, but they are properly sealed in the roof.

The job couldn't have gone better. My new roof greatly improves the look of the house. Mr. Naidus was extremely reliable and everything happened exactly as he said it would. I also couldn't have asked for better weather in which to have a roof torn off my house. The workers were considerate and obviously interest in doing a good job. I'm very happy with the job and would definitely hire this company again.

Dennis Naidus, owner of the company, actually answers his own phone! Very rarely did I go through to his cell phone voice mail. He provided an estimate, brochures, shingle samples and researched the availability of a certain color shingles with different manufacturers in a timely manner. He and his crew were at the house on the date promised and his crew would wait out intermittent rain storms and go right back to work. The shingle supplier was out of warranty brochures, but Dennis mailed me one as soon as he received them. The roof looks great!

They were prompt, quick, clean and efficient. The whole job was complete in less than three days and they left no mess. I still haven't found one nail or piece of shingle in the bushes. The price was more than fair, especially when compared to many other bids.

Sunbelt Roofing took my call quickly and stopped by to give an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable, and they showed me the damage of the roof and how they would repair it. The roof repair was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set, and the roofers were on time. They re-shingled the roof and cleaned up all the mess.

The experience was pretty average I guess. I know that Sun Belt has done other roofs in the neighborhood and everyone seems to be pretty pleased. I originally went with Sun Belt because they had this new texture that nobody else seemed to have. The workers were very nice people, and they were very quick. There was no mess; they had always cleaned up after them self when they were here. I can say the job did not take very long, as they were very speedy.
