Insurance Agencies
I was a customer for 13 years, but never contacted them about much until recently.
terrible service from the team at the agency. would not call back with information, if they could not answer. bad customer service from nearly every person I spoke to, over a period of 2-3 months. they didn't even send me the cancellation paperwork when requested; I finally called the 800 number and took care of it within 5 minutes.
rates went up every year, even though the value of improvements did not increase - land value increased, but insurance is on the improvements.
