Work was fairly well done. However, EASILY the worst customer service I've experienced. When I visited the store they told me what I needed was in stock. They came out and measured then later gave me the estimate, I agreed and paid. Then later they called and said estimate was wrong then tacked on another $600.00. Again, I said fine and paid the extra. Then 2 days later I was told they did NOT have my product in stock, and pushed me back another full week. This screwed up my entire project and really messed things up for my contractor.
Very unconcerned for customers needs.
They don't return phone calls...they just don't seem to care at all.

We initially contacted them in early December because the company we were dealing with could not get our countertops installed before Christmas and of course we wanted countertops for the holidays! The Stone Store said no problem so we decided to go with them they were quick to send someone out to measure and order the materials. Then......I guess we fell through the cracks, didnt hear back from them again. After a couple of weeks I started calling and they werent sure who I was? By this point needless to say we were frustrated the holidays were over and still no countertops it has been almost a month at this point. When we were finally done messing around with the Stone Store and ready to move on to another company yet again John got involved and assured us that if we stayed he promised smooth sailing and Im very glad we did from the point that John got involved we had countertops installed within 2wks (January 17th). The installers were BEYOND precise amd professional and the countertops are just gorgeous! We will definitely use them again as long as John is there to be our contact!

The initial contact was pleasant, they were nice on the phone. I waited until 30 min after our scheduled appointment was to be before calling to find out where and quot;Jand quot; was, he had forgotten the appointment. He claimed he could be here in 20 minutes, 90 minutes later he arrived. Fair enough, stuff happens. I was okay with things to this point. At the end J said I could come see some stones or he could just email me a quote range based on the different levels of caeserstone, I elected for the email. He said he'd have it to me later that same day or the following one, great! Right? Never heard from him again.
Fast forward a week, called the store and left a message for J to please email me the quote, never heard from him again.
Fast forward two more weeks left message with reception to have some one other than J call me to get this quote, D returned my call. I expressed my frustration to D regarding no communication from J and not feeling like he wanted the job (these are NOT small bathrooms, except for the powder room). D apologized and promised me he'd look into it and get and quot;right back to meand quot;... it's now been ANOTHER week, and NOTHING.
I guess they don't want Costco customer's business. Very disappointed with this total lack of service in simply getting a quote.
Don't recommend, won't use. Thankfully there are other providers out there. Sad though, I liked the look of this company from reviews and ratings. Shame.

Update: The day after my initial review I received a call from D offering to come back out and remeasure and bring samples and explaining that he'd been called out of town for a family emergency (fair enough). They could not find the piece of paper that J had done the initial measurements on. While I appreciate the gesture, I declined and have decided to look elsewhere for my counters. I have adjusted my review from a D to a C

It was a great experience!

This wan exceptional experience. The Stone Store had knowledge regarding the product which is not yet widely used and the price was very competetive as compared to the Great Indoors and other suppliers listed on the Vetrazzo website. They were timely, detailed, and professional at every level.
