Anytime there was a heavy rain, I had leaks coming in through my kitchen ceiling, so I called them back repeatedly. In 2016, I remodeled my kitchen, including the ceiling, repainting, etc., and prior to that, Stonegate assured me the problem was permanently fixed. No, had some small leaks later, always was assured they were fixed. Then came Harvey, only water in the house was from the shoddy roofing job, again in the kitchen. Complained again, they promised me they would pay for the damage to my kitchen ceiling, but the money never came. I stayed up all night, emptying pots, as the rain streamed in through the roof. Of course, I had to have the whole ceiling, insulation, everything repaired, and am still waiting for money from them to get it repainted, just 18 months after the last renovation.
