I am a very happy client. The project went very well. Ralph understood what I wanted and provided a comprehensive set of construction documents for distribution to potential contractors. The process took longer than I had wanted, but that is because of issues with flood plain determination and permitting. Ralph was able to provide a person familiar with the city planning department who knew how to negotiate the complex workings of the bureacuracy.

Ralph is extremely professional. He listens to our requirements and offers his help with the design using his creative knowledge of design, planning and execution. We had collected many architectural details such as ceiling fans, windows, old bath tub, etc for our house. Ralph recommended an upgrade to newer windows which made sense and would save us money in the future. Ralph was easy to contact, communicate with and available for us.

Working with Ralph was a great experience, and we are very glad we chose him. Ralph quickly became very perceptive to our needs surrounding the house plans, and was very patient with us for the entire process. He was especially helpful using his professional experience to offer alternative solutions to our preconceived designs and desires. He is very good at achieving the maximum efficiency and functionality in the design, as well as providing options for achieving a level of cost efficiency appropriate for us. Ralph is very professional and comfortable to work with, and we are extremely grateful for his help!

Great work from Ralph Stivison. He made several site visits to our home, and developed a number of changes as our plans changed during the process. Ralph also made several recommendations to improve lighting, match existing structure, and reduce overall building costs. He provided several sets of professional plans and delivered all in a timely fashion.

He was able to accomodate us. He came over the next day after he got home from vacation. He was a really nice guy. He hasn't done any work for us yet. He just drew up the plans, but based on that it was good. He did hand drawings for us.

Ralph submitted a terrific design, wrote up a plan on one page (which the builder praised - made it easy to get permitted in the City of West University), and worked with the engineer. Neighbors tells us the addition looks like it has always been there, which is probably the ultimte compliment for an addition. We had no problems with getting the work done, thanks to his terrific design

Ralph was great! I wasn't thrilled with the first architect I met with, so after finding Ralph on Angie's List, I called him up, met with him and immediately knew he would be great. Very pleased with listening to my wants, etc., and coming up with the most efficient use of space that fits me. His design ultimately is much more than I could have originally imagined. And for a very reasonable price.

Mr. Stivison's work was exemplary. He gave us several options as to how the additions could be configured, which made it easy for us to be confident that the plan we decided on was the best way to go. He was very professional; he met all deadlines and was always well prepared. For the service he provided for us his fee was extremely reasonable. We would certainly recommend him highly.
