"The reviewer apparently tried to contact me only by phone (land line) and left a message which was likely garbled by my answering machine, because during this time period, I experienced several similar issues with the machine. There was no attempt to contact me by email. I have since redirected phone inquiries to my cell phone. For the one attempt at contacting me and not getting a response, a grade of F seems unusually harsh. As one can see by the other reviews, all other reviewers have been more than pleased with my services."
