Charles was on time, and very pleasant. I originally was going to have the piano tuned, but he did not feel that was necessary and so only fixed and charged me for the broken key. I will definitely contact for anything my piano needs in the future, and will definitely refer him to friends and family!

She got to my house a little late but did a great job after she got here. She was here almost 2 hours but I had not had my piano tuned in a long, long time. I was very pleased with what she did. Would use her again to have my piano tuned.

The tuning took about an hour and a half and he explained what repairs he could make to the player mechanism, since this was not his area of expertise. We will call Star Piano again when it is time to have the piano tuned.

He actually gave me some advice on what might be done to the piano before I bought it. He was very pleasant. He was very informative about the piano. He spent a while on the tuning and showed me some things about the piano. He didn't give me any pressure to do anything unnecessary. He was a knowledgeable, pleasant individual.
