S.S. REMODELING

Upstairs bathroom - remove wall, replace tile and install new bathroom door. Tile is not level, grout is missing and cracked, toilet was replaced without using new wax ring causing water damage to the downstairs ceiling, door was installed two inches too high. Downstairs bathroom was make shower/tub into his/her shower, replace tile and toilet. Installed decorative tile with exposed drywall causing water damage (was not sealed properly). Tile in shower is cracked and/or missing. Grout is three different colors, frameless shower door did not close and was not sealed allowing water to leak outside shower, shower heads were damaged by using a wrench to install. Toilet was not sealed all the way around. Piping was left broken off to the sinks.

What we received for upstairs bathroom: corners not taped or floated, texture does not match, toilet was re-installed without new wax ring causing ceiling damage, uneven - not level tile. In essence, we have to replace the tile. Downstairs bathroom what we received: exposed drywall in the shower, gaps in the frameless glass shower causing water to escape, decorative tile not sealed, black goo used in corners of decorative tile, cracked grout throughout the entire shower, shower door would not close all the way, used a wrench to install our shower heads causing deep scratches, did not seal the toilet all the way around, broken pipes under sinks, did not use clear caulking.
